BB lift and new some new shoes at last (with pics)

Well I'm done with my lift , what do you all think? Out back I used some S-10 springs for arond 2-2.5 of lift and up front I used 2.25 spacers. It still has ome shocks they seem to work fine. And I just got some Crager Black D wheels 15X8 with 4"BS and I put a set of 30X9.50R15 Buckshot Mudders on it. I tried 31X10.50R15s first but they rubbed a little, I could have trimmed the finders so they would have worked on the street but when I would go off road I'm sure I would have gotten into the fenders bad. I would rather lose an inch of height than cringe every time I have to turn the wheel. Up next is lights and then a locker or two

What did you pay for the wheels (4 or 5)? If/when I buy an XJ I'll be looking to add some black wheels.

Are the wheel wells on a 95 smaller than 99s? I would also be looking at 31s, seems like most people are able to run this diameter without having to trim

Thanks guys
I used the 3 lower springs I didn't use the main leaf. I thought it would have been a little higher but maybe the pack I used was saged some but it seemed to have worked out OK. It rides about the same as it did before.

The four wheels were $224 with center caps shipped to my door from Jegs. As far as the fender wells I'm not sure but I have think I read some where that later finder wells were tighter than ones like mine. Now don't get me wrong on this I think you could use 31s with a 2" BB but when you get to flexing or stuffing I'm pretty sure its going to eat up your finders unless you do a lot of trimming and an add some bump stops. When they put the 31s on mine it just touched the bottem of the flare when I turned the wheels mostly in the front. If I would take the flare off it may have been fine but if you push down on the front of your XJ the wheel not only comes up but also forward with would push it into the fender even more. Now if you would use a wheel with more BS like 5 or 5.5 it might be fine. But for mine I would have to be at lest 3" to get a 31 to work.

For the front, if you want a little better flex than a 2 1/4" spacer and stock springs, try zj v8 coils and a 1.75" spacer. Other than that, really nice looking rig.
