Axle Wrap Issue

I just put new rough country 4.5 inch springs on my xj a couple months back and already im gettin a good bit of axle wrap. The springs are already beginning to make a S shape due to there being a good bit of axle wrap. I have a small 2 or 3 degree shim with 2 inch shackles and shackle relocators. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why these 3 month old springs are already almost shot and why im getting so much axle wrap? any suggestion would help because this has me stumped

Did they fit properly? Do they have a stock or lifted shackle?

New springs should not do this.

Yeah they fit fine. Have a 2 inch shackle with shackle relocator boxes. That's what I'm confused about.
