anything you recomend I should do?

Just bought a 95 jeep Cherokee sport thats been sitting for months. Already changed the oil and added fuel cleaner, Jeep has 140k, what other things should I check and do to help insure a healthy Jeep.

Coolant system flush, tune up parts, Transmission fluid check or replace, front and rear diff grease, cleaning up all the grounds, purchase a FSM so you will know how to work on the XJ. Congrats on your new XJ

One of the first things that died on my Jeep was the plastic diverter valve for the heater.
The plastic gets brittle and breaks the first time you look at it too hard.

And to add to buildin1XJ's list, hit all the zerks with grease.

Make sure you run that tank of gas out, especially if it's old gas. You don't want to leave the cleaner just sitting in the gas tank.
