Another weird starting problem

So the other day I accidentally left the glove box open which left the glove box light on, which drained my battery. Recharged the battery, but discovered a new weird issue.

When starting it up, it cranks fine. Has fuel pressure, has new ignition, has clean TB. But you need to give it gas to start it and keep it running for the first few seconds. Runs fine after that. Seems like the injectors aren't firing at idle for a while, then after a few seconds, everything is back to normal. Only started doing this after the battery drained.

Sometimes normal after a battery has been unhooked or dead. The computer needs about 3 full warm up drives before it relearns its parameters.

Yep perfectly normal. Sometimes I have to hold the gas with my foot for a good 5 minutes before the computer learns how to idle on it's own.
