Another starting issue
Ok, I have a '91 XJ. This morning I turned it on and pressed the unlock button from the passanger side, well in the process of doing that the radio and the dome lights went out. So I turn it off so I can change that fuse, well after putting the new fuse the Jeep just won't start. I got a ride to work with the hopes of letting it sit and it would turn on this afternoon after work, not the case it is still not wanting to start there is crank just no turn, any ideas on what I can do to fire it up? Someone has suggested a short somewhere but there is juice going through the whole Jeep, it turns just not firing

I'm going to say check all your fuses again. Double check that something to the ignition didn't go out. From what it sounds like, you have crank/turn, but no fire. I would check fuses first. It sounds like there's no spark, so maybe something with the ignition. Check the fuel as well. Maybe the fuel pump (fuse) went out?
