Another picture Identification please

May someone please inform me again on what the thing in the red circle is called and what its function is, because that is where i stole my vacuum line from. and also what is the thing that goes in the yellow circle and what does it do? i think i have seen something whitish there before in pics but i dont seem to have one on my jeep. http://img78.imageshack.us/img78/83/vacuumlinekw6.jpg

oh. and also if anyone could identify what that blue relay in the top left controls?

The item in red is the EGR solenoid this controls the vacuum supply for the EGR valve.
