ABS Cycle noise

Over the last couple of months I've had the money to fix up a 1990 jeep Cherokee. One of the repairs I had done was replace the ABS system both the pump (covered under warranty) and the accumulator. Before the fix the pump noise was almost constant cycling every couple seconds whether the brakes were being used or not. Now that it has been fixed it cycles on about every 2 mins or so for 20-30 seconds, is this normal?
