99 xj seems like stuck right front locked

hey guys. ok i have a 99 xj sport. and just recently after hitting a deep pothole it feels as if the right front is locked when i turn. When going straight down the road its fine. but when i make turns its feels like as it locks and releases. it rocks the steering wheel in turns. i just did wheel bearing hubs to it and it had new u joints installed over a year ago. i had it in the air at work and was spinning the right front and it locks up when the wheels turn the left front spins freely. i cant figuer out if its locked in for wheel drive id preferably not open the diff im thinking the u joint possibly went bad again? any help will greatly be appreciated. thanks
