Cleaned the nss sensor .... Might end up being a fail .... Tried to make a save, but well see.

First I broke the first screw head right off. And striped the next two. Ended getting most of them out with a pair of pliers.

One still in there, and I broke the cover getting it off.

The gasket was ripped, into two pieces.

Well I cleaned it, put new bolts, and rvt it once it was back together.m

I know.... Mad sketchy .... But it's working we'll right now............. But I may end up replacing it.

Here is the guide I used http://www.bc4x4.com/tech/2010/jeep-...ty-switch-nss/ Its a great guide, except the guys prys off the lock nut, when you can just unscrew it no problem?

Got the drivers side motor mount changed, but will have to come back for the passenger.

Here's a pic of the old broken motor mount. The pass side is also broken too.

Back to those codes I was getting looks like its pointing toward the PCM.

P0113- intake air temp high volt

P0118- engine coolant high volt

P0123- tps high volt

P0122- tps low volt

P0121- tps signal

P0455- evap leak

P0705- transmission range sensor a circuit low input.

Trash those diagrams you posted. They don't pertain to your XJ. I've included the TPS diagram and some connector pinouts for you below.

As you cn see in the diagram the TPS is grounded at the PCM, connector C1. As you can see in the diagram the Intake Air Sensor and the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor are spliced into the TPS ground, at splice S114, and get their PCM ground at the same PCM pin, A4. Splice S111 picks up the Right Speed Control Switch (cruise control) after it passes through the Clockspring. If there is a problem with the ground circuit between splice S114 and PCM connector C1, you would have IAT and ECT issues.

Diconnect the battery negative (-) post connector for the following test:

You can disconnect PCM connector C1 and the TPS connector, and using an Ohmmeter, read between pin socket A4 of PCM connector C1 and pin socket 1of the TPS connector. The resistance should be less than .5 Ohms. If this wire/circuit is okay, I don't think you have a TPS 'ground' problem.

Please post the actual codes you see so additional troubleshooting assistance can ge given.

Here's the fans all done. One runs on auto and the hi powered on runs on manual from the cab

For sure a lot of clearance ..... Also put in a high flow water pump and the 3 core rad. When the head was done

See what I'm working with here .... The other side is the same. Hence the reason you should get these guards BEFORE you trash your xj.

Got the jcr quarter panels on....they fit awesome. Had some body damage to deal with so it took me about 7 hours to get them installed. Here are some pics.

In the second to last pic you can see some of the damage left some gaps behind the armor.

And the wires .... I just wired right to the factory wires and some heat shrink (the pics are before the shrink.) I read online people do a lot of stuff with relays and converter boxes.
Everything works perfect right to stock. I guess if you wanted to use a second pair of back up light with your reverse light you would need a relay.

I uses red instead of white for the reverse light for now, just until the white comes in, had to order it.

For the wires, If I remember right ....

White was power from the brake.
Brown was your regular light that comes on when your headlights are on.
Black is ground. .... That's the last pic.

with your other lights black is ground and the other wire is power.
