Got the skid but not the bumper ... It was shipped separate, will be here next week, I would put the skid on but the nut strip is with the bumper :/ ... (elevator music )

I did get the skid painted, used dupicolor spray on bedliner, same as the quarter panels. The skid weighs around 40-60 lbs and same with the bumper .. So this will add about 120lb to the rear... which I hate adding weight, however the weight in the rear is nice, It does help the rear end stick better and not get loose in turns, so that will be good, and I'm excited to have a tow hitch ... about time.

After all this is on next will be the MJ tailgate, then redo the roof rack... I use it a lot so I'm going to extend it to the length of the roof. I went from 2 stock bars to 4 stock bars when I added the tires, just got two more, so Ill extend it about 20" longer and go to 6 stock bars, I thought about going gutter mount or doing something different like an ARB rack, but I like my rack and it works well so Ill go with it. Also it leaves the gutter area open for a cage, I do want more of a roll cage vs exo cage... but the top bars of the cage I want to run out side just under the gutter because I'm always door less then make a half door skin .. in the works

then ... back to working on the motor, before the cage, For the motor I still need ...
1) get the neon injectors in
2) msd 6a offroad box and high vib coil
3) HO alt (2002 derango) and relocate it to the ac spot
4) 2nd redtop battery
5) PSC transmission cooler w/ fan, and one of these things http://hesco.us/products/7882/coolin...h#.UT3JIdZwe5I
6) genright overdrive power steering pulley

and I think that's it for now

Definitely cant wait to see the skid/bumper combo!

120 pounds but itll be able to get drug over rocks and backed into trees so the trade off is definitely worth it!

Thanks brother .... That dupicolor bed liner really has a good finish and hold up reallllllly well for some cheap spray can stuff. I have put a little beating on my quarter panels and that stuff holds strong.

Me too, the quarter panels, bumper, & gas skids going to be a sweet combo.

I can't wait to put this on.

I use that **** on everything, rockers, quarters, bumpers, wheels. Lol i like that if you scratch it, you can spray the scratched area and it blends regardless.
