98 cherokee cranks but no start

I just put an engine and trans. in my friends cherokee. It cranks but doesn't start. Has spark and fuel at the fuel rail, but plugs are dry. I'm thinking the injectors aren't spraying. Any ideas? Rollover switch, or anything like that? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason.

Go back over the install, make sure everything is hooked up and hooked up correctly. The Crank Sensor and the Cam Sensor are the primary controls, are they correct, undamaged, and installed correctly ?

Did you actually pull a plug and verify that you have spark?

With the swapping of the engine and transmission, the first thing for you to check is that the crankshaft position sensor is plugged in.

Driver's side of the bellhousing.

Without that input signal, you won't have spark and you won't have fuel going to the fuel injectors.

^What they said, but also, check the ASD circuit in the fuse/relay box under the hood. If I recall correctly, that will also prevent fuel delivery.
