92 XJ windshield molding

Anyone know how to get these stubborn pieces of **** back on? I took them off because the windshield was leaking. Well the bottom and two sides went on great; but the top where the rot is also screwing me; is not cliping back into place. anyone have any tips?

Are the trim clips in good shape? If they are distorted/broken, they won't hold the trim on. Is the trim itself not bent? If its' bent, it wont' snap under the clip....

I don't own an XJ any longer, but I still think they are the best of all the Jeep products ever made. My XJ was my favorite vehicle in my 50+ years of driving.
So...I stick around and give advice.
