I'm honestly not sure how many hours, but I got it at the end of march(my original build thread is here: http://www.greatlakes4x4.com/showthread.php?t=41358
) And it's the true time line as it all happened. Through working ~30 hours a week and working on this thing for probably 30 hours a week or more throughout the whole summer, and probably an average of 7-10 hours per week since Sept. With the exception of the long arm install, where I spent about 24 hours out of 48 getting the thing done to drive to work Monday morning.
It's been SO much work, rusty bolts and nuts, and deteriorating parts makes everything take alot longer than it should. I'm proud of it now though, I'm happy with the outcome, and although it's not done, this stage is.
The next plans:
Polished dana turdy(gears, HD brackets and stuff, aftermarket shafts)
Fancy shafts for the rear 8.25
Fix the rest of the floors
Reinforce rear spring/shackle hangers
4.56 gears(or 4.88's if they ever get released for the 8.25)
35 or 37" trXus or 36" Iroks
