Thanks for the positive remarks, guys.

The weird thing is that there's no glass in the pass door, so it appears to be one-piece glass(man I wish it was). I love the newer style mirrors, they're much bigger, and in combination with the new decals, it really modernizes the way it looks.

Here's some flex shots from my wheeling test run. I'm very satisfied with the suspension articulation; the rear will be getting an extended shackle when I get the motivation to do so.

I'm honestly not sure how many hours, but I got it at the end of march(my original build thread is here: http://www.greatlakes4x4.com/showthread.php?t=41358) And it's the true time line as it all happened. Through working ~30 hours a week and working on this thing for probably 30 hours a week or more throughout the whole summer, and probably an average of 7-10 hours per week since Sept. With the exception of the long arm install, where I spent about 24 hours out of 48 getting the thing done to drive to work Monday morning.

It's been SO much work, rusty bolts and nuts, and deteriorating parts makes everything take alot longer than it should. I'm proud of it now though, I'm happy with the outcome, and although it's not done, this stage is.

The next plans:
Polished dana turdy(gears, HD brackets and stuff, aftermarket shafts)
Fancy shafts for the rear 8.25
Fix the rest of the floors
Customs rockers
Reinforce rear spring/shackle hangers
4.56 gears(or 4.88's if they ever get released for the 8.25)
35 or 37" trXus or 36" Iroks

It took me until today to read this whole build. Wow im slow.

Im the one who sees it in person in the school parking lot!


Great work. Looks like a totally different vehicle, you made the rust disappear!!

I'll let it slide, thanks for the compliments; although it is still quite rusty, you just can't see it. The floors will be a continual process over the winter and stuff.

I got an auto darkening helmet for Christmas, so I felt like welding. So i went and made sure I stil had these hellas lying around and decided to make some tabs for them and wire
'em up. My brother got a new camera, so he took pics and stuff.
