92 keeps cracking radiators
so the factory, or atleast i think factory radiator failed on me about a year and half ago or so. so i replace dit with a new rad. from a very reputable local shop. i got it, it has a warranty and i installed it myself just fine, about 6-8 months later it went out and started leaking. so i got it replaced and put it in myself and it has started to currently leak again about another 8 months after the second one.
what can i do to make this stop???? it is an aluminum rad with plastic side tanks. and the first time i used a ground wire to prevent corrosion, the second time the radiator shop said not to use it because sometimes it can work backwards, so i didnt. but it must be moving or something but the mounts look fine, and i have the small rubber pads that go under the rad. so its not moving around and is in there tight. any ideas?

I'd remove the rad and check the front header and rad support. Make sure there aren't any cracks in it that are allowing flex of the support.
Inspect the rubber supports and make sure they are in great shape.

one of the rubber radiator supports is fine (ie stock and in good shape) the other was missing when i installed the rad. the first time so i made one out of a piece or rubber i had lying around, but its like an exact duplicate, well i guess when the rad. is out ill look for cracks etc. this jeep hasnt been in any wrecks, atleast where i can see any damage inside or out.
