89 XJ idling problem

Having issues with it idling cant figure it out. At first the idle was fluctuating, went ahead and cleaned the ground point by the oil dipstick and cleaned the throttle body and no change. Went and bought a new IAC and it fixed the fluctuating but now its constant high idle. Switched it out with the old one again and its back to fluctuating. Only thing I can think is the TPS sensor. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Good idea to check the TPS. It can also be adjusted in our renix Cherokees. There are many threads with the testing/adjustment procedure. Also check for vacuum leaks.

Completely stock, and keeping it that way...
