88 XJ Highspeed engine problems

So, Iv found a few vac leaks. I fixed them. Iv put new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Iv cleaned the ISV and throttle body.

My problems is... that at speeds above 50kph, It seems to be lagging. And when I get above 100kph, I can feel a stumble. Like its misfiring.

It will start fine, hot and cold. It idles fine hot and cold.

I just don't know where else to look. And I don't want to just go around replacing sensors all willy-nilly that's expensive.
