Isn't that nice, the idiot bolted a tow hook to the sheet metal bumper, and creased it. Thats why I'm building custom steel bumpers to have powder coated, and yeah it needs a few more rust replacement parts cars been mine for 2 weeks and is undergoing de-michiganing, LOL

Just whipped up a 3d rendering of the bumper and its shape to have the pieces plasma cut out this weekend... needs a little tweaking and bolt holes in such still
the green pieces will be the unibody mount extensions.

Ok question the quick disconnects were so floopy at the connection point that the pin was about to snap, and made so much noise my mechanic welded them. So I have solid sway in the front. What should I buy to fit my rubicon express 3.5" to replace them?? I want them to be disconnects obviously with a post to connect them to so they dont just dangle when wheeling like they did...

ive got the quicker discos and i LOVE them, definitely recommended. easy to install easy to disconnect. just bungee or zip tie it up while youre wheeling.

How and where do you plan on putting the Bazooka tubes in the ceiling? Ive been wanting subs but i just dont have enough room for a box. The tubes seem nice but i dont know where to put them?

Just looked up some JKS disco's and why would you zip tie them up, it looks like they have pins upper and lower and the whole disco arm comes out? They look really nice though.

Between the speakers in the roof at the rear gate, I would have to drill holes all the way thru the roof and mount the bazooka brackets to the ceiling and bolt thru the roof. Then I would black silcone the bolt heads on top of the jeep to keep water from running thru. Its a bit of work but sound dynamics would work well, and keep things off the floor in the back, plus if you roll your jeep nothing comes up into the cabin to kill you like a subwoofer!

naw only a pin on the bottom at the mount. i zip tie them up because when i wheel the bungees dont like to jostle too much and end up coming loose and letting the disco flop all around. i just zip tie them because i dont have to worry about it, cut it off put it on and im good to go. if youre gonna be in any water make sure you keep them good and lubed though

I got some JKS today, but they came with something to mount to the unibody so that I could pin them to it and keep them out of the way... Very nice unit and I bought a pair at the local 4x4 place that matched an online price of 125$

Those Rusty's flares look awesome riveted on. I really need to pull the fenders and trim so it'll give me a reason to get them.
