Here is a big list of lifts put together by Kyle.
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/all-read-xj-suspension-kit-options-enjoy-382635-post3394819/ ITs in the FAQ. Any more questions just ask. Oh and what part of WV are you from?

I'm from charleston. I dont know about any clubs down there. Their is a cool website called jeepinwv.com or something like that. That would be a good place to look.

Rubicon Express is a common company when people look for a 2" BB, you could also check out Old Man Emu (but they're pricey) or Rusty's Offroad (but they don't seem to have the best reputation). Teraflex makes a BB as well with shackles and spacers.
You could also piece together your own BB with a bastard pack.

I did the bastard pack, but IMO go for full 2-3" front coils, they're usually under $100 per pair, and give much more flex than a standard spacer lift. Also, it's not hard to save up an extra $40-$60 when you consider you're moving from a hunk of plastic to full steel wound coils.
One S-10 main leaf can net you 3", or two XJ leafs (depending on sag and everything). I have 3" in back (probably will sag though, it's pretty fresh) from the main and second leaf from another pack. Also, from what I've read, a single main leaf from an XJ can bring 2.25~2.5" by itself. With a 2.5" lift, you may not necessarily need new shocks, but if you want appropriate flex offroad, you should get some (I will when I next get $150 dollars). Most of the time, small lifts do not effect driveline angles enough to cause vibrations, but if they do occur, a homebrew (or bought, if you're lazy) TC drop will help. my two (non)cents

OME (Old-Man EMU) makes a 2" lift for the Cherokee. Supposed to be a great riding kit but they say it won't clear 31" tires. If you can live with 30" tires, check it out.
