Unfortunatly to do what you should do will cost way more than $200. If you have it done at a shop.

x2 on everythis said above.

#1. Replace all fluids in vehicle! (start with tranny, t-case, diffs)
#2. Flush and fill cooling system with new coolant. New OEM thermostat too
#3. Distributor cap (think that's what you meant) and rotor
#4. Plugs and wires
#5. Air filter (your fuel filter is on the pump inside the tank and is generally not replaced unless there are symptoms of fuel delivery problems)
#6. Serpentine belt

sorry, the fuel filter is tucked up inside the frame right after the gas tank...only the pump and sending unit is in the tank.

On a 99 which is what jcwalden has, everything including the fuel filter is inside the gas tank. Earlier models were different. Here's what the Jeep Cherokee 1999 Field Service Manual says...
--------------------------------------------------------------------
FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM
The fuel delivery system consists of:
² the fuel pump module containing the electric
fuel pump, fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator, fuel
gauge sending unit (fuel level sensor) and a separate
fuel filter located at bottom of pump module
