1999 xj what water pump will I need?

Hey guys. I want to tackle my cooling system this weekend, and I'm not sure if I would need a reverse flow water pump or not. How would I know if I have one?

Thanks in advance!

I've got a 1/4 tank of gas, a pack of smokes and I don't get paid until next week. Lets go!
