Some bad news and good news. Bad news: Putting the drivers window up i heard a crack and the window fell into the door. Long story short, the cable in there isnt attached anymore, and i assume it snapped. Good news is that while trying to fix it, i decided to the 97+ window fix, so now all of the switches work. Since i had to go to ACE, i also picked up some satin black paint and painted my rear bumper and the wraparounds. More bad news, never got the window fixed.

aww that sucks about the window. But i just scrolled through your build. nice work! you definitely went the right direction with the RE kit. I love mine. And it was smart of u to buy everything essential before lifting it. I just recently got through my long painful period of working out steering/vibration problems. Its amazing how much better they look only a few inches higher eh?

Updates: Ordered Surco 45x60x5 roof rack w/ gutter mounts (# GM100) and a spare tire mount for a total of $310 shipped to my door. Shipping was cheap since Summit in Tallmadge is less than an hour away.
Should be here wednesday and i can get it installed. On a side note i ordered freak inserts for my paintball gun. Edit: oh and i have some seafoam to put in (pics to come of everything), and i got a new (used) window regulator. Well see if it turns out. Gonna get some lights, brake rotors, pads, disc conv, etc. next. |

Roof rack is on, and im going wheeling again tonight. Hopefully pics to come! Oh and for what its worth, anybody in ohio. I ordered this rack monday night and got it tuesday evening. Well worth the 30 bucks for less than 24 hour shipping. Saves the hassle of driving there.
 Also got the spare tire mount for it, makes a lil noise, but it looks so sweet with the rack.  |
