1996 4.0L turns over but wont fire... HELP!

My 96 Country was running fine Saturday night, and when I went to leave for work Sunday morning, it would turn over like normal but not fire. So far I have determined the following:

- it is getting airflow
- it is getting fuel
- it wont start on starting fluid, therefore it is not getting spark
- it wont even fire while trying to jump it off from another car
- fuses are all OK
- relays are all OK

I have already replaced the dist cap, rotor button, and ignition coil... NO luck! Has anyone else had these kinds of symptoms? Right now, I'm looking at the distributor switch plate (under the rotorbutton), but its $47 at my shop cost and I dont even know if this could be a problem.

Since there is no spark, have you tried your Crankshaft Position Sensor??

My 96 did the same thing. Mine ended up being the wires going into the coil, had a short in them. But def. check your CPS crankshaft position sensor.
