1992 laredo door hinge pin broke...how should I fix it

The drivers side lower door hinge pin on my laredo broke one night while driving on some trails. The temp had been warm most the week and when we went out it started to snow and freeze. All the water and mud we went through froze onto our vehicles and when I opened my door the froze solid mass was between the door and the fenders which basically leveraged the pin until it broke...i just want to know the easiest way to fix it without going doorless or removing the hinges if possible..i cannot find replacement pins either. Also if any of you out there have some good places to go for some helpful equipment at a fair price please send me the links. I need armor and a 3" lift...preferable one that covers it all.. (only has 3" shackles at the rear) so I dont have to hunt for odds and ends, as I am fairly new to the offroad world and the world of suspension lifts...thanks!
