1992 cherokee rough idle - fixed

My 92 xj had a rough idle and would crank for a few seconds before it would start. The plug wires and cap were in good shape but the plugs needed replaced. I replaced the plugs and the fuel filter and now the jeep starts very fast and purrrs like a kitten.
I did some searching and found that a lot of people had success with replacing the fuel filter so I figured I would give it a try. Just wanted to post this thread for people that have had this kind of problem.
