1989 jeep cherokee v6

hi i have a 1989 jeep cherokee limited v6 4.0L and i have recently replaced the heater core and the radiator and also the thermostat and my trucks temperature gauge goes all the way up to 210 degrees and overheats anybody have any ideas on what might be making it overheat. My antifreeze resevoir seem to like fill up and get alot of pressure all of a sudden. If anybody can help thanks!!!

You probably have air trapped in the system. You can try blleding the air out and see if that helps. http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/..._Diagnosis.htm maybe this link will help some.

Ok so I replaced those parts listed and my heater started working for about ten minutes then I turn of tha truck n the air is cold again! And also the temperature gauge marks 150 degrees I'm running out of ideas any help would be great thanks guys

3.7 v6???

No such thing.

They had the 2.8 v6 (same as a chevy s-10)
The 4.0L Straight Six
And the 2.5L Four-popper

Only options for that year

It sounds like your new thermostat was put in wrong. They are directional and its pretty easy to mess it up.
