1988 Pioneer overheating

I have an 88 XJ and its over heating after I just replaced my thermostat. Replacing that thermostat with a 195 completely solved the problem and now its over heating again to way above normal temperatures. I'm getting milky coffee brown water in my overflow which is cracked (Relevant?) and I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

I would really appreciate some help, right now isnt exactly a time I can lose my car, especially a Jeep. Ive done some reading and some asking around and heard my valves are leaking and may need to replace them which isnt a problem but any other advice is greatly appreciated.
