What fuse controls a 1987 jeep cherokee's fuel pump?

The fuel pump is controlled by the ECM (except during start) and is powered through a fusible link.

there is a relay under the hood ,not sure about a fuse

its the second fuse from the front of the motor along the passanger side of the Jeep you should see a row of blue square fuses its the second from the front

Those blue cubes are not fuses.
