1986 cherokee tranny swap

I have a 1986 jeep cherokee with a 2.8L v6 that is blown, and it has the ax-15 tranny i could buy a 1986 cherokee with a 2.5L straight 4 but with a bad clutch. I figured i could just take my tranny and throw it in since they are both 5 speeds, what would i have to do to get this done quick and as cheap as possible?? Thanks in advance for your help!
