Mississauga Jeep Drivers, Unite

Wouldn't it be great to have a Jeep-only club in Mississauga, ON?

I'm a new Jeep driver and am itching to join a Jeep club.

The closest ones are in Kitchener, Burlington, or Toronto. Why not have one of our own???:2thumbsup:

Sure, I'll join your club :) , I'm in Woodbridge which isn't that far.

JKRumbler 12-18-2007 03:03 PM

How does one start a Jeep club? I have no idea what's involved :dunno:

Davetha 12-19-2007 12:01 AM

#1 ) Jeeps
#2 ) A winch
#3 ) Trail -- You need those to drive on.
#4 ) Members -- Whats a club without members?
#5 ) A Web site for posting images, and information about the club.

I don't know thats just off the top of my head. Do you know anyone else with a Jeep?

I think we've got everything covered above, other then Members. I can get web space since I work in that industry.

JKRumbler 12-19-2007 08:10 AM

There are two women I work with who have Jeeps. One with an 08 2dr JK, and the other with an 06 Liberty. Other than them, I don't know anyone else with a Jeep.

#6 - A meeting place
#7 - A cool name and logo

I think I'll fire off an e-mail to the folks who run the Tri-City Jeep Club in Kitchener and see if I can partake of their wisdom.

Its the administrative stuff that seems a bit daunting.

I think we've got something here.

Why don't you come down to a tri-city jeep meeting sometime? You can actually talk to some of the guys in person and see how they run things. Not to mention you get to meet a lot of fellow jeep go'ers.
