Short notice but anyone up for a run tomorrow the 12th? I moved here a year ago from BC, so ive only been out once with the Calgary Jeep Assoc. up near Wiaparous, and just checked out the Beaver Mines campsite. So im not to familiar with any places to wheel per say, I hear there are lots of areas out in Crowsnest but I have no idea how to get out to them. Slappy what do you say?
Hey guys, I don't frequent the regional section of the site and definitely don't look around the XJ/ZJ section. If you can get ahold of the SRD, they might have maps for you. The QuadSquad map is also pretty decent for trails in the Beaver Mines and Crowsnest area. If your lucky, the SRD maps can be found in a box in the Beaver Mines campground overflow.
Chevy half ton
Honda Rav 4
F-350 super duty(bent a tow hook on that one!)
And a ford focus wagon...Elderly couple that would have otherwise had to shovel it out, or wait 4 hours for AMA to show up!! The nice lady offered me money for pulling them out, but I said I cant take it, and if she feels obligated to pay me, then she should take the cash and donate it to her favorite ccharity or Church Feels good to help out!! Even tho most off these people should have probably stayed home!!

I'm here too. I saw on the CJA you were looking for a 33x10.5 for a spare. I'm pretty sure I have a 33x10.5 BFG AT with about 20% left. I will have to check. When I saw on the CJA you were looking for one, I assumed you were in Calgary. Let me know if you are still looking.
I went out and checked. I thought I had 2, but I have one. It's a BFG AT KO with between 2/16" & 3/16" tread. My current spare on my Jeep has minimal wear and has 7/16" tread. I'll send you a PM with contact details.
I haven't been out wheeling in over 2 years, and haven't been real active in about 4. I have a 3 & 5 year old who have changed my priorities a bit, although it's time to get the Jeep back in wheeling and highway form and start getting out again.
