Edmonton here also...new to the Jeep thing too I've been into muscle cars, hotrods, motocross, quading and street bikes mostly just wanted to try the offroad thing going that 5mph instead of the rush I'm use to at 100+ and flying 20-30 feet in the air travelling 100-120 foot gaps...I have a Baby Jeep to start out...

Im in wetaskiwin, but I work in Edmonton south common.

EDIT: My uncle owns a 95 YJ 2.5L and my dad also owns a 4.0L 99 TJ.
