Yet another trailer project

Found this on CL today. Made a lowball offer and it was accepted. Once home the wood was removed within seconds. Measurements are 42 x 48. Full frame. This one will be an easy project. It is more solid than it looks. The teenage owner didnt even sweep out the bed before he rattlecanned it. I told him I would have offered more if he hadn't touched it.

I already have a 3500 lb axle from a previous project as well as new wiring and reflectors etc. etc. I will hit it wiith a DA sander and repaint, bedline, etc.

And no, I don't know what I am going to do with it, but I couldn't tell the wife that.

There's one of the military 1/4 ton trailers out here in decent shape for $600 that I want to get but I won't be able to bring it back with me when I leave so it's pointless to make an expedition trailer out of it.
