I slapped a receiver on my WJ last night. The four forward bolts and no problem but the rear two are obscured by the bumper cover. Not wanting to pull the bumper cover or use a swivel, especially with the torque wrench, I took a short cut with two strategically drilled holes in the bumper cover just large enough for the diameter of the extension allow for a straight shot.
