That looks familiar, I just sold my 98 2500 CTD and picked up this 07 3500 SRW 6.7 6 speed Automatic. I love it so far, I loaded it down for King of the Hammers and put the first 3,300 miles on it towing 16K lbs to Cali and back. People say the best way to break in a diesel is to hook up to something heavy and drive it like you stole it, I did my best.
Nice truck. Love the trailer. Mine is an early 07 it still has the 5.9
I haven't put enough non-loaded miles on the 6.7 yet to hate it, when I tow with it I'm pulling a lot of weight so all the emissions crap works and gives me no trouble but from reading the Cummins forum I see that daily driving it around town is going to give me trouble, I guess I'll just drive it like I stole and hope to keep it hot enough.
I was VERY surprised how well the F-150 towed both this '69 C-10 and my '68 F-100 from Richmond Va to Raleigh NC. With my truck I could only cruise about 60 MPH mainly because I had about 1,000lbs of brick in the bed of the 150, and my truck is wider/ longer and heavier. But with the C-10 the truck kept up with traffic with no problems at all. And you can tell it's barely squatting. Only used 1/2 tank of gas on both pulls.

Tahoes will tow fine, same engines as in the pickups, it's just the payload rating that you might want to address. That green Tahoe is sagging in the back pretty bad, which means the headlights are pointed high and steering control isn't optimal.
