Those aluminum trailers are sweet! I have a friend with a custom built aluminum trailer he had built for his race car, they are nice and light.

Not too bad, I figured it out when I first got it and I think it was around 12-13mpg's. Was looking for the smallest one I could find on the biggest chassis (E-450). Same chassis they stick the long 31 footers on. I do not have to worry about towing the Jeep or packing stuff in it. The next size smaller has the E-350 chassis, and lower tow rating and GVWR.

You get better mileage in your motorhome, while towing, than a friend of mine does in his normal van? Hell, you get better mileage in your motorhome than I do in my Jeep. ugh.

That's a reeaalllyy nice truck you have there, I like the tire/wheel combo and how clean the whole truck it. Nice TJ too, my dad has a TJ with a similar setup and they are plenty capable like that.

A rare photo of her clean, only because I was pulling a float in our homecoming parade. ![]() I think that was the last time I washed the truck, that was in August. ![]()

This is my 02 F-350 PSD. It was purchased in Nov. of 2001 and now has 47,650 miles on it. I visited Gale Banks in Ontario, Ca and had him install everything available for the 02 Ford with the PSD.
I have had not one problem.. pulling my fifthwheel in any conditions. it weighs in at about 15,650 lbs. The jeep, well the jeep is nothing to pull at maybe 4700 lbs. And the 1977 F-250.. well that might weigh 6,500 lbs. So no big deal there either. It was blizzard conditions ( not planned) in Montana below 0 degrees and then summer heat of 128 degrees in Baker Ca. on July 17th 2006. Not one hiccup. I will never forget the heat as we saw it on the giant thermometer. The truck is a pure monster and has never let me down. The 7.3 is an awesome engine as I am sure most know. Going to sell it this late summer as I want to buy an 09 F-450 as a retirement incentive. Enjoy
