I have an 01 grand cherokee laredo v8 4.7L will be pulling anything from a 24ft ultalite trailer to a 12' flat bed trailer for my dirtbike. I also tow small boats and pop up campers. Any recomendations?

Id start with a hitch, tranny cooler (assuming automatic), brake controller, light plug, then ad sway control if needed.

Towing Setup

I agree with "Indy" on the setup, but check your vehicle original tow rating. It may be satisfactory for what you do already. Tranny cooler and electric brakes are always good. Electric brakes are required on trailers over 3800lbs, but it would be wise on any trailer over 2000lbs. I put new shocks on my tj, and added adjustable airbag suspension on the rear axle for better control. However, stupid is as stupid does, and you should probably consult a mechanic that knows what they are doing....good luck.
