Which motor is in the Durango? I own an '01 5.9 R/T as a tow vehicle and main ride.

My first gen cummins got new wheel cyls and axle brake lines this weekend. Also changing rear fluid.

I know it has a limited slip rear, is that what the extra gear is for? Haven't seen one like that before. Also has an extra line going into the diff.

Edit: abs ring

Not today, but lately...

My tow rig (02 Ram) got a Industrial Injection Phatshaft62 and a set of DDP 150 HP injectors. Other trucks I've read about with the same setup and tuner have put down around 500 HP.

I needed more power because I upgraded my trailer situation from an 18' open deck to a 24' enclosed, which was heavier and has a lot of wind drag

It pulls that trailer up all the big hills at 70 mph without breaking a sweat. Unloaded, it's an animal! It's faster than most cars on the road and just has endless power! Way too much fun

Added some strap-down points to the trailer. There are plenty of them on the sides, but none on the front and rear.

I had to improvise when I strapped this down for the first time. It's too long for me to feel comfortable strapping to the sides.

Swapped out coolant to a silicate free ELC. Going under the knife tomorrow for new oil cooler and EGR delete.

Drove the Dodge (white one on trailer above) home from the shop today after being out of commission for over 40 days. It now has an H&S tuner, DPF delete with full 5" exhaust replacement, EGR delete, heavy duty clutch, new crankcase filter, transmission bearings, water pump, and thermostat.

I've only driven it about 50 miles, and it is like a completely different truck. Opening up the exhaust makes a world of difference. And it sounds so much better too. I'm anxious to see how it does with a load.

Broke down and ordered the Fleetguard AH19037 RBHAF really big honkin air filter as its called on the other forums to build an air intake for my first gen cummins. 10.5"dia 10.5" L 4" outlet
Also ordered Fleetguard oil and fuel filters since its about that time for those too.

Need to install my gauges this weekend so that I can bump up timing after the intake is complete.

Bought these gauges for the diesel suburban I used to have but never installed them

Finally installed them on my first gen cummins.

Gave it a test beat at the Lost Coast this weekend. Found some things I need to address, and popped it's cherry with it's first trip carnage.
