Took almost 5 hours to change the oil on the Burb.

745pm to 1245am.

Oh, Changed out the oil cooler too which fixed my oil leak. The cooler lines were about 1/2 blocked as well as when I backed them off, the lines just twisted apart.

Yesterday I ran new rear brake lines, put on temporary mufflers (until run a new complete exhaust), new plugs and new wires. All this with the help of my buddy andrew (mgtsldr) on here.

The engine bay is HUGE on this thing! So, I used a 2x4 as a rest.... I know it's simple but boy did it save me!

For ****s and giggles.....35" boggers! (too bad they aren't load range E or i'd keep them on!)

Test drive EARLY this morning.

Dear GM engineers,
Your design on your 6.5 diesel air box sucks. It is a pain to open up.

Thanks,
Tyler

I replaced the air filter on the Burb yesterday.

Thought about the cold start issues, then cussed at the snow for making it too cold and wet to test the glow plugs in the driveway.

Thinking about getting a bigger glow plug relay...more power can negate bad GPs, right?

finally set the injection timing on my suburban to where it needs to be -1.85. I need to replace the injectors, but those may have to wait until the jeep is drivable again.

I took a photo of it at School yesterday. Read the top sign. It's low emitting compared to a 454 right?

To get some sort of Environment certification on the remodel of one of the engineering buildings the 6 closest spots had to have these signs. 3 Faculty spots and 3 student spots.

Mocked up the gauge pillar yesterday, just waiting for my boost sensor to get here from Autometer. Gauges should be functional in the next month.

Got my brake controller - Tekonsha Prodigy. Just have to get a Ford pigtail for it.

Chip will be reburned for my computer code/rig this month too.

I put in a new stereo for the rides and picked up some parts to get the body a little closer to be "fresh paint ready"
