Travel travel trailer good base for a Jeep Trailer
I have see a few duel axle travel trailers that are being given away due to the body and innerds not liveable anymore.
Are these frames a good platform to make a Jeep Hauler?

I plan on doing the same thing. My buddys giving me an old trailer he has sitting at his property. I think it should be fine. I just plan on flipping the axles to a SUA to get to a better ride hight. I would jump on it if you can.

I have heard of them being done with mobile home frames, but I imagine you could get away with using a TT frame too, provided you get a frame from a fairly large, heavy trailer. Do the usual checks for rust and what not.
And post pics if you decide to make it happen.

Yes! And check with your local dumps. Around here they will drag the box part off for $150 bucks if all the appliances are out and the plumbing is disconnected. Its pretty cool they just take one of there big back hoe's and go to town on it. So that is my plan!

Yea i would def try to find one that is dual axles, and plus most of the bigger trailers come with dual axles from the factory so you should be good
