Trailer tire pressure

I bought a small trailer to tow my 4 wheeler behind my XJ. Something for my son to ride while I'm driving the Jeep.

The tires are 12X4.80, not sure how many ply. They say on the sidewall MAX pressure 90 psi. The atv only weighs 550lbs, do I need to run MAX air pressure? Seems awful high to me, and they say nothing about "normal" pressure.

BTW, do you how hard it is to get a 12" drop ball mount????
