towing a YJ with no engine and trannie

I bought a YJ tub, frame, and axles. I am considering towing it back with my 95 YJ, 4cyl. But not sure what is the best way to go about doing it. The YJ I just bought doesn't have an engine or trannie, so I would think the weight issue wouldn't be there. Does anyone out there have any ideas about using an "A" bar to tow this with?

Missing parts will help bring the overall weight down, the yj is rated for 2k. The flat tow will be the bigger issue with the tow vehicle being light and having the short wheelbase. The flat tow doesn't add any tongue weight to help control the tow, braking, etc.

I used to flat tow my sammi behind my f150, no issues even with a coUple hard stops. Traded the truck for a gc with the ho motor, tow package, rated for more than enough, and it sucked. A lot. I've towed substantially heavier trailers with the gc and been fine. The flat tow was the problem.
