Heads up guys. This weekend while out wheeling we had 4 tow rigs broken into. They stole about $15000 in things from wallets to welding machines. Make sure to lock your rigs no matter how safe or remote you think the place is.

Locking is standard procedure around here but just adds a broken window to the list of insults if they're breaking in.
Sorry about the bad luck with aholes. Watch craigslist for the equipment/welder.

Man, that sucks. Some people are just worthless.

After re-reading your comment "Make sure to lock your rigs..." I started to wonder... Does that imply that some of your rigs were not locked, or was that just a friendly reminder?

Locks are for honest people, as someone else said, they will just break the glass. If they are smooth like the A-hole that hit me in Atlanta, He drilled a tiny hole right under the drivers side door handle and stuck something in there and opened the truck. I have no idea how he did it without tripping the alarm. He got an IPOD and a Garmin. I hope he OD'd on his crack.
