So my son's BMW convert has been taking up my spare time... But it has cleaned up nicely. Took care of some curb rash on the front... Door dings... Replaced the batwings on the headliner... Fresh coat of paint!

Now I get to install fresh water tank and plumbing! Should be a fun weekend

Back to the build... located an awning off of an RV being parted out..$200 for an 18.5' awning... of course the real fun was getting it back from the other side of Florida...

Finally got the rail to mount the awning... the old canvas had a small tear... so I picked up new canvas with the track/rail... so all in $500

big enough to tuck the buggy under...

Yeah, this thing is pretty awesome. I like how you've done alot with only a little.

Only thing I've got to say is....paint it! Lol. You've done so much work now make it look less like a u-haul.

Nothing exciting over the holiday... Replacing the passenger exhaust pipe from the header to the muffler... Looking at putting in a house battery... Then off to Devil's Garden the weekend after New Years ... !

Been busy building on the TJ... new poison spyder alum fenders and some new mud shoes... only major work on the toter has been the removal of the FRP panels on the divder wall... then applying some PL2000 construction adhesive to the studs and re attacking them...
