It's beautiful but I keep telling you that you need to get it dirty, Gillz; maybe I can talk the wife into meeting you halfway this spring...? Care to drag it down to the Grand Canyon or something toward the end of May?

Wow, that's a cool trailer! Have you thought about publishing how you did it? Or showing progress pictures? Did you consider making the top deck to allow for a tent up there? With an air mattress and a couple sleeping bags, you'd be dialed in.

I plan on getting a roof top tent that will attatch to the roof racks. They come with mattresses in. PM me if you want a link to the full build thread.

I'll just post it here too. What the heck....from the beginning.
Well I have a custom trailer being built. I will consolidate and post up mostly just pics here. Mike the fab guy did most of the hard work. I finished up at the end and helped out a couple days at his shop. The Plan  Spacers to fit matching Jeep wheels to axle.  The first sheet!  What became of the first sheet.  Need it to go offroad. Lock n Roll.  All the parts.  Good looking start there!  Suzuki Samurai springs.  Custome spun bushings.  Bushings in place.

Why I need a trailer.
 The start of the frame.  The rear bumper shown with the track.  Frame coming together.    Just a taste.

That's one sturdy tongue!
 Lathing the suspention parts.  I love custom made parts!   Welded and bushinged.  With hanger added.  Front hanger, apparently off on M1 tank! lol  Tongue coming together.  Added a Jack.  Additional support.

Rock sliders to the hangers!
 More progress on the skin.  Starting the can holders.    Starting the Spare carrier.  The tire mount face.  Marking for studs.  And looking good!

Shock mounts.
    Propane tank holder, matches the can holders!  Added a strap.  With latch.  Mock up of roof rack.  Front platform with dimple dies.  Fast forward.  Well now we I am waiting for the next update, this is two months worth of work so far, should get it powder coated dark green w/ black accents in the next couple weeks. next update should have the roof rack done, and who knows what! I can't wait.

Well another weekends worth of work completed. We scrapped the 14" side box that we had and decided that with the suspension travel we could accomidate 16" boxes, so those were worked on.
     Things left to do before powedercoat: Finish the tailgate along with its latch system. Build the side boxes with their latch systems. Mount the propane tank. Mount the fuel cans. Build the fender segments.
