same here, when i first got my trailer i wold load it up to where it look right, then drive it, if it swayed to much or my truck squated to much then i knew it wasnt right. once i fugured the exact spot i took some red touch up paint and drew lines so when im loading by myself i know exactly where to place the front tires

My company is going to buy this for me. They are giving me $1k to get my jeep to SD. When I get there I can keep the trailer or sell it and keep the money.

Would you still pass???

In that case no, but you neglected to mention those important details. You might even be able to make a couple bucks on it if you find the right buyer in SD

Can your company buy me a trailer?

The quote I got from the company they selected was $1,050. So I am authorized to spend that amount to get it there. When I found out I can get the trailer for $1k everything made perfect sense to me.

It is a little narrow but I can always sell it later and find something else.

as far as towing goes, make sure your tires are inflated properly. Spongy tires will make towing a b!+ch.
