From the Colemans site provided by md 06Unltd

http://store.colemans.com/cart/¼-ton-trailer-p-14.html

I will likely be giving them a call tomorrow to find out what their pricing is like.

Price is a little on the high side for a full trailer but it would be brand new.

I called them when I got up this morning but got nothing but an answering machine. Being that I currently live in Germany (should be heading back Stateside in about 4 months) I didn't leave a phone number for them to call. I am going to try to call them again tomorrow.

Alright, I just got off the phone with them. They currently have 3 although their inventory is constantly changing. Their price is around $500 but that is negotiable. For instance, they sold one this morning for $350. They suggest local pickup as shipping costs on them are very high. A shipping quote from where they are located in PA to Houston TX would have been around $1200. The ones that they have currently are "very rough." I was told that the bodies are severely dented and have rust holes. They do not come with titles. If you are local, I would say head down and take a look. If you are not, I would suggest finding one that is. Hope this helps.

Good info... thanks for chasing that down. I forget that you're in Germany I could have easily called... hopefully you didn't get bent over paying international phone rates or anything.

As far as titles go, Utah doesn't require a title on a trailer under a certain size or dollar value. I wouldn't have had to title my little trailer, except I used it to haul camping gear to the beach in Cali as well as Lake Tahoe. Utah didn't care, but I was pretty sure California would. Since I was crossing state lines I went ahead and titled/registered mine. It didn't have a title when I bought it, but it was easy and cheap (~$42 for the year) to get it titled, registered, and plated.

Depending on your state, you might not have anything to worry about when it comes to titles and registrations.

Nah, I pay a flat rate fee to get international calling to the States. With as much as I call, it is far less than typical international rates. The hardest part for me is the time difference but I am currently working nights so even that is not that bad.

Title doesn't bother me. I have no idea what registration laws are like for a trailer, especially a small one but I wouldn't let that stop me. Hell, I pulled a 16' trailer halfway across Texas without any plates on it with no problems.

Added to the list

Those 2 trailers in Montana Andy mentioned are still up for grabs. They end tomorrow just after 4pm Central time. One is at $400 and the other is at $455, but they seem to be in pretty good shape, although they've both been converted to a standard ball hitch instead of the pintle/lunette, and the RF appears to be missing the landing leg.

I recently purchased a M416 on Ebay. I picked it up and it turns out it was a military surplus store. The store had two more trailers, a M416 and a WWII Bantam. The store is The Old Grouch's Military Surplus in Clyde NC. Website is www.oldgrouch.com. Hope this helps someone!

Will picked up my $85 trailer this weekend from Arizona. Didn't feel like pulling my car hauler down there and since the trailer hadn't rolled in 20 plus years we managed to get it into the bed of my truck. Road nicely for 410 miles surprised me. Lol any way hear it is. Still not sure what I want to do with it yet.
