M416 vs M101 Trailers

I would like to get a trailer for my Jeep. The Chaser Trailer by Adventure Trailer is really nice if money wasn't a concern. So, I have been looking at the U.S. M416 and the Canadian M101 military trailers. From what I have read the M101 is a newer version of the M416. Does anybody know what differences there are and which is a better trailer to get? Also, if you have your own, can you please post pics?

That's a great looking trailer. How much did you pay for it on eBay? Was it pretty rusty when you got it. How much money and time did it take you to get it where it is right now?
