Inner tubes and tow rigs

Morning! Need some opinions or other options for my dilema. I have a 99 f250 7.3l as my toy hauler/ daily. I bought it with brand new 38x15.50 nitto muds and 20x12 rockstars. I know i know, its a typical tire/ wheel combo but they are on there and new so i dont want to replace them. Heres the real issue. One day, my right rear was flat. I filled it back up and couldnt find a leak in the tire. After a week of having to fill it every morning, i was washing the truck and found bubbles coming from the rim! Upon further inspection, i discovered 3 pinholes in the cast of the rim. No amount of jb weld, 3m panel bond or slime would stop it from leaking. I broke down and bought another new rockstar at 350 bucks! Ouch. Thought all was well until i had another flat from my left front! Now, i dont want to buy another wheel and as much as i would like to get 4 different ines, its not financially possible right now. So, question is, would it be safe to toss an inner tube in it? Is there even inner tubes available that would fit?
