Help! M416 body is rusted to the frame?

So today my sand blast guy calls me and says "dude it's been 2 hours and I can't break the bed loose" all the bolts are out but he says that the tub is rusted to the frame? Any suggestions for breaking apart without ripping this bed to pieces?

The real answer is to find the bolts he's missing or the welds nobody noticed.
