Trying to identify this trailer. Is it a military trailer or just one made to look like one? I kinda expected a triangulated tongue for military.

I would expect a pintle hook on a military trailer.

Sears / David Bradley trailer is my guess.


EDIT: Where did you find it? I used to see one down in Macon 25 years ago or so and have not seen one since. Wouldn't mind having one.

Alabama. Asking 300. Any idea the capacity? Worth getting to tow behind the jeep?

No idea about official capacity but the one I'm talking about was used by a guy who owned a hardware store I worked for. We regularly put over 500 lbs. in it without a problem. He pulled it with a station wagon. If it's straight, I'd buy it for $300. If the owner has previously tagged it, it will make it easier once you get it back home.


EDIT: the box compares in size to a M416, but lighter.
